Stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor. Quiet and cozy! Staircase to the 3rd floor is quite steep though and there isn't an elevator. Staff were friendly and professional. Great location!

Friendly staff and present 24/7 at front desk with secure locked entrance which is good to know as a solo female traveller. Clean and cosy room Good facilities in room with kitchenette and fully stocked with utensils and crockery. Quiet garden area Quiet room which was great as I was on a solo business trip. Nice bar area although I did not have time to sample in but next time I shall!

Lovely little peoperty in a great location. Very unique and boutique decoration inside with friendly and helpful staff. A couple of issues (cold shower water and a room that smelled a bit of fresh paint), but otherwise an excellent stay.

What a find! Great price, great quality, great location, really helpful staff, fab little garden out the back, fab bar area and small lounge, super clean.really couldn't fault a single thing. The apartment we had (floor 3) was a triple room. It was pretty compact but had absolutely everything you could need and spot on from a cleanliness perspective. Not that I counted (haha) but it was 60 stairs from the ground floor to our room/floor.
And the stairs from 2nd to the 3rd floor are especially steep and narrow, so if you have mobility issues, or LOADS of big luggage, unless you guarantee a ground/1st floor room, this may not be the place for you. We LOVED it and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Stayed there for 14 days. It was a lovely experience, wonderful area in the heart of London, clean rooms, most needed facilities are available, lovely small garden, and beautiful internal design. The only problem was that the room is a bit small. There is no lift in the building but that was not an issue for me as i stayed in the 2nd floor. I totally recomend staying there, you will enjoy it for sure
