Perfect location about 500 metres from town centre. Spacious, spotlessly clean room, modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Have stayed a few times previously, happy to make this my "go to" spot when over-nighting in Pitlochry.

Rooms are lovely and the owners/staff are very welcoming. You get the best of both worlds here, peace and tranquility at Westlands and then only a couple of minutes walk to the hustle & bustle of the town centre so fantastic location. Would highly recommend staying here and will certainly return in the future.

Excellent service from all the staff, they were so friendly and made you feel welcome. Rooms were excellent and very clean. We had three rooms and everyone in our group thought the same. Breakfast was high quality and tasty, nothing was too much trouble. We had an excellent stay and we would definitely book again.

Spotlessly clean, probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen. Staff were very attentive without going overboard. Breakfast was just the right size and very tasty.
