For Non-refundable rate or Advance Purchase rates your card will be charged in full at the time of booking and no refund in any case. All other bookings are with cancellation policy of one day before date of stay by 10 am, card provided will be authorised for full amount at time of booking and all payments will be taken on arrival at hotel by presenting physical card and using chip and pin system.
