What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated when possible.

Yes, a full English breakfast is included at no extra cost for all guests.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not permit pets in our hotel rooms or public areas.
What cancellation policies apply?
Reservations cancelled over 24 hours before check-in incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged for the first night.

We are near Legoland Windsor (20km), Reading FC Stadium (4km), and Windsor Castle (20km), with direct transport links to London.

I booked a room with them through Booking.com at a very good price, and I received the confirmation email. I assumed it was a special offer because I am a Genius client and the property was advertised as such. A few days before my trip the property sent an email saying that the price was an error and they offered a "discounted" price from 85 to 75, which was anyway more than my budget and more than other units available in the area at the moment of my reservation.
Without the special price I would have never stayed with them. I have checked on the day of my trip and the "discounted" price was actually the standard offer for this room advertised by the hotel with other websites. Two days after they sent the email, which I haven't noticed until the morning of my trip, the reservation was cancelled. Appalling customer treatment, by the hotel, but also by Booking. I will never make any reservation with this hotel again.
