Absolutely brilliant staff where nothing is too much trouble. One of the most enjoyable stays I've ever had. Highly recommend the restaurant too.

Hotel has been refurbished recently, staff are great, very helpful, nothing too much trouble, rooms clean, air-con and heating in all rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, great choice for breakfast from cold selection to full English breakfast would recommend this hotel in Guernsey.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, we had such a lovely meal with friends and stayed the night in room 47 but unfortunately we left early as we couldn't sleep due to the hard mattress, the light coming in through the door from the hallway & the door banging due to the window being open so we put a chair against it. Reception were lovely though and said next time to ask for a mattress topper so we'll do that. Otherwise very clean and a nice room. Highly recommend their salt & pepper chicken for starters and their seafood platter for main, along with their courgette frites.
