Our Balcony Rooms overlook the Beach and Seafront and have the most amazing views of the beautiful Bay, stretching from the distant Cliffs of Redcliffe, Culver and Bembridge Down all the way across to Horseshoe Ledge and Luccombe Cliffs in the South.

Situated on the seafront so close to the beach, it is only a short stroll across the Esplanade to the soft sand and clean waters of Shanklin beach which has held the very creditable Blue Flag award for cleanliness. The Bar Lounge is a modern and comfortable meeting place where a wide choice of drinks can be purchased including Cask Ales, Keg Beers, Wines, Spirits and Soft drinks.
