We went for diner and that was so nice, home made, with local ingredients with perfect preparation from the chef. Cosy and amazing views. I wish I was leaving closer

What a wonderful discovery Old Pines Lodge Hotel was. A cosy and comfortable hotel room stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. The restaurant was delicious. Breakfast and Dinner was included and with two hungry boys aged 11 and 14 a highlight of each day was deciding what new things to try from the menu. Rosie and the team at Old Pines did a wonderful job looking after us. The Hotel is also in the perfect location for exploring the local area.we climbed Ben Nevis (packed lunch curtesy of the Hotel), paddle boarded in the Caledonian Canal and went Sea Kayaking in Loch Sunart. There is also a lively circular work straight from the Hotel. We had an amazing 5 days and we can't wait to come back.

Best restaurant food I have had for years! Halibut with chickpea cassoulet and venison chorizo absolutely delicious. Cheese and homemade oatcakes also very nice. Efficient staff and lovely big shower in the room.

Brilliant staff, home made gluten free bread and scones. That tasted so good I got the recipe. Service was 5 star all the way. Nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend

Didn't stay at the hotel but had dinner. Lovely cocktails came with little snacks and a fabulous dinner. The risotto to start was amazing. Also the servers were lovely but unfortunately didn't get their names
