Just returned from a 4 night stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Always happy to help. Our room looked over the bay with great views and was clean and tidy. Yes the furniture was a bit dated but it was a base to sleep and shower. Bus stops right outside and we brought a 3 day ticket for 21.00 each which we could use to go anywhere and for any bus, great value if you don't mind doing it yourself.
We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis but ate dinner in the restaurant on 2 nights and for us the food was excellent with 4 courses for 22.50 per person per night. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet out of town base and my daughter and I would go back

Great hotel with pool.the management and staff here are in a class of their own.absolutely loved my stay here.fabulous food all day everyday.would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel.

Stayed for a week at the Pontac, good location to get to St Helier, we had a sea view room which was lovely. Room clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the shower wasn't as good as I would've liked, a mixer tap so hard to get the right temperature and slurted out rather than a good stream of water, so we used the bath instead. Very attentive and friendly, professional staff.
Food excellent with good choice. The tennerfest was on when we were there so had a 2 course meal for 17 which was excellent value and so full after 2 courses didn't need a sweet. We didn't use the pool as it was closed off due to high winds and rain the days we could've used it but we dipped our hand in and it was lovely and warm. Would've used if we had more time. Fully recommend staying at this hotel
