I come here with my dad nearly every year now it's one of the best places to go they make you feel so welcomed heather and phil are the best people in the world. If you would like to go to Blackpool for a weekend go here!

Phil and Heather are lovely people made myself and my daughter feel really welcome. Nothing was to much. Breakfast fantastic. Worth every penny and more. The loyalty card was a bonus. Will definitely be back

Has to be the best value for money hotel in Blackpool. Phill and his wife are the perfect hosts. Strongly advise booking your evening meal its well worth it. If your a lord of the rings fan you'll love the dining room decor. The bar is festooned with all types of musical instrument and if you ask nicely Phill might even treat you to a song or two. All bedrooms are immaculate with complementary tea and coffee. Cannot recommend this Hotel enough. Try it you be glad you did!

Lovely bed and breakfast Owners are nicest people you ever met, their talk to you and have laugh with you The room are always clean and tidy, I would 100% recommend this bed and breakfast Am hoping to go back here soon
