What are your check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am, though early/late arrangements may be possible subject to availability.
Can I store luggage before check-in?
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage from 8am on arrival day and until 8pm on departure day.

Beautiful hotel in a sympathetically renovated sugar warehouse. Room was spacious with a stunning bathroom. Lovely breakfast and great service throughout. Perfect for a birthday treat for two.

We attended a wedding at the weekend and the venue was lovely, nice food and drinks, but afterwards we asked if the bar downstairs were still serving. The bar tender bluntly asked if we were residents of the hotel, we said no we were with the wedding party, to which she replied with a particularly rude and unhelpful repeat of "are you residents of the hotel?" The bar was almost empty on a Saturday night at around 11, but clearly didn't want our business.

This must have been a great place a decade ago. Rooms are well-appointed but tired and old. An upgrade is badly needed. Staff is friendly and bar/bistro is cozy with ok food.

This is an awesome hotel with the most amazing rooms. I was here on business, but plan to visit again with my wife at some point as the place was exceptional. Rooms, service, food, all are of an excellent quality. The prices are fair for the true high end that is represented here. Parking may be a challenge, but adequate parking is available in the NCP only 5.minites walk away.

Went here for a mother's day meal and experience was superb. Beautiful building - a perfect mixture of modern and classic. The menu provides enough choice and the food is well worth the price, very well cooked/seasoned. The portion sizes of the starters and desserts are also huge!

Went to this restaurant yesterday with a group of 6 for my partners 30th birthday! The food was amazing. I ordered the Onion Soup which was so tasty! For the main I had the duck (cooked so perfect soft) and for dessert I had the pear which was alright, there was not much pear in it. Everybody was very pleased with the food. We also had really great service from Tiara, she welcomed us and made sure everything was good. She overheard us that it was my partners birthday and made sure he got a nice small birthday dessert! Amazing service thank you Tiara! We will definitely come back again.

Great hotel, well designed, room is incredible. Drunk people in hotel banging on doors at 1am, but that can't really be helped. Staff polite, great place if you're looking to stay in Bristol
