We had an intimate wedding here last week and the whole day was like a fairytale. The staff were very attentive, everything was exceptional. It was the best day of our lives and I cannot think of a more romantic setting to get married in. Every member of staff paid attention to all of our guests and they were all so kind and thoughtful making us feel so special. We will definitely be back.

We visited Amberley castle for afternoon tea for our 10th anniversary. It is a gorgeous, 1000 year old, small castle. The afternoon tea was excellent, a good variety of savouries and cakes, finished with the classic cream tea, by which time we were quite full and glad the scones were bite sized. We got through 3 pots of tea. The service was perfect, nothing was too much trouble and the environment was historic and lovely. A wander around the grounds afterwards was enjoyable too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, ask for one of the rooms with access to the battlements for a truly special visit. Service was a little odd at times, perhaps a victim of large staff turnover post COVID, and some interesting menu typos but the evening meal with wine parings is highly recommended!

Came here for the afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and polite on arrival. Lots of choice for the afternoon tea (cheese and ham toastiest, sausage rolls, scones, selection of cakes and sandwiches) + tea or coffee included for 48pp. Service for the drinks quite slow but all in all an enjoyable experience.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Choice of food at dinner is limited but standard is very good and service is excellent. Unfortunately we did not get to look around the hotel grounds and garden because the weather was horrible (Storm Eunice)

Special place. Relaxed quiet. Superb rooms and lucky to have access to the battlements and views across Amberley Brooks. So much gorgeous food we needed the comfy king size bed for an afternoon nap!
