The Beach Hotel The Beach Hotel together with the Regency Restaurant date back to early 1828's when the restaurant was Lawson & Son jewellery shop and the hotel was St. Alban's Hotel. In 1930 Lawson & Son jewellery shop became the Regency Restaurant and the hotel was renamed The Beach Hotel. The Beach Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard yet still in-keeping with the Regency era. In the dining area you can enjoy a full English or a continental breakfast, while enjoying the view over the Brighton promenade and the British Channel.

50 miles from London, 20 miles from Gatwick Airport, and only one and a half miles from Brighton train station. From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the seafront. Turn left onto the Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel situated directly opposite the grand West Pier. From the South West/Exeter: Follow the A30 to Honiton and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31.
