Been a couple of times now - the place is absolutely stunning and the staff are first class. Food is a little bit on the pricey side - tonight we had the rack of lamb at 19.50 which a little bit over done and a small portion, all three meals were a bit on the small side too (Fish and chips, rack of lamb and steak). On our previous visit, the chicken supreme and burger were again a little over done and dry. The place has the potential to be great; but some improvements are needed on the food.

Local hotel recently refurbished. Lovely big space. Food is excellent maybe just a little bit pricier than other places in the town but well worth it. A family favourite for celebrations. Service is welcoming & friendly but sometimes be a bit slow when it's busy.

PRICING SCAM Brochure clearly states 250 room hire however this is inflated 400% to 1000 when you enquire. On top of that its 10 per person for a finger buffet, then you still need to supply your own dj and decorations. Not worth it for a sub par venue, definitely avoid.

Booths very small. Food was over salted. One of our party's food was cold so it was returned but it came back still cold. On a plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't think I'll be back
