Nice comfortable rooms that are maintained to a good standard. Amazing breakfasts. Nice pool. The staff are exemplary and cannot do enough for you. I have stayed here twice and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay, good room just needs some updating. Lovely breakfast, need to improve evening meals. Staff we very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment and bar were a wee bit woeful, could do better.

Booked as a cheap last minute trip to the Isle of Wight, and was only for a night so wasn't expecting much. Must say we were very pleasantly surprised hotel room was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The pool was a very welcome addition and we had it to ourselves when we visited both times. The breakfast was lovely and was included in the price. The hotel is a few minutes walk (on a hill) to Shanklin beach or follow the cliff path into town. We will definitely be booking again, the next time we visit the island.

Stayed here on dbb for a week. Food was great, lovely and piping hot. Not fine dining more pub style but fab with huge portions. Friendly service. Our triple room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The red swirly carpet on the upstairs landing didn't match the more sedate blue carpet on the ground floor and the red carpet could do with replacing.

Excellent value for money. Nice warm swimming pool, good evening entertainment, good breakfast. Manager on duty at the time was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and will come back again

Great hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. I was on business but as a holiday destination with the location you can't go wrong. Would highly recommend.
