Me and my boyfriend weren't happy during our stay. In the first day the shower wasn't draining and it was disgusting ! They had to put thing in the shower to drain it and we had to leave the room. So so overrated and not worth it. And the TV is soooo small like a small painting on the wall.

Decent location (4/10) on a semi-quiet block close to the tube and park near Buckingham Palace. It's not super central so if you plan on spending a lot of time in SoHo, it's about 10-15 minutes walk FYI. We started our first three nights on the 3rd floor which was TERRIBLE. I'm 6'3 and the ceilings are at best 7' tall so I felt like a giant. We finally said something and were moved to the 1st floor which was WAY better.
My suggestion is do NOT stay on the 3rd floor - ask for ground or first to avoid a cramped feeling. Also important (for me) to note is the TV's are all dated and don't allow for streaming from your phone. While this may be minor to some, it rained our entire stay so we spent more time than normal in the room. The last thing I'll add is the bedding - my partner and I both struggled in both rooms with temperature regulation all five nights.
The temperature in the room was fine but we concluded there was something odd about the bedding and duvet - they don't breathe. This left us both a sweaty mess all five nights - hot and cold, hot and cold. Very annoying and doesn't allow for a good nights sleep - AT ALL. Staff was lovely!

I see there are mixed reviews on this hotel. My partner and I stayed here for a total of five nights and it was lovely. The staff are extremely nice and the manager is fabulous. Was a bit loud in our original room but we were moved with no qualms whatsoever. Would stay here again.
