The room was a small single, basic but absolutely fine and spotlessly clean. Great shower. The pub has more bric-a-brac than you might think could possibly be fitted in but it has a welcoming feel to it. The evening menu is varied and well-cooked, breakfasts are kept simple but are well done. The staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful. All this and excellent value.

Had a lovely stay, room was very spacious and great space for clothes in large wardrobe, bed bit to soft for me, but that's my own preference.

Excellent meal tonight for mums 80th birthday, big shout out to the chef for the fabulous food and to Will and Mel for looking after us so well. Mum had a lovley evening.
