My partner and I had a wonderful two night stay here for her birthday last month. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was great. Very comfortable bed, good size bathroom and good towels. There was a pack with masks and hand sanitizer was a good touch. We had some drinks at the bar where the service was excellent and the ambiance was lovely.
There was a small but good selection of pastries, juices and cereal out in the bar area at breakfast time which was perfect for something light before heading out. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be returning.

Super hotel in a fantastic location with friendly, professional staff. Special mention to David on the Front Desk who could not be more welcoming. If you're looking for a nice breakfast nearby Where The Pancakes Are on Charlotte Street - nom!

We have just got back from a weekend stay here. We thought the hotel was well kept, clean, and the staff very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were aware there was a complimentary breakfast, and didn't have high expectations of this, however, we found it satisfied our needs. The location was very convenient, the underground was close by which meant we could easily navigate our way around to sight see! We found no noise issues from the surrounding area. The hotel is not shiny new and modern, but still a lovely place to stay. Thank you to all the staff that are doing an amazing job.

Firstly, shout out to Justin on reception who accommodated me so well, spoke with the gentleman on the phone the night before as I was arriving at 9am, he held my bags for me and even got my room ready for 10.30am, unbelievable Also other staff member so pleasant and welcoming, you have some staff i tell you that keep them. Secondly, the room was clean and I liked the decor, even a desk for my laptop as it was a working visit.
This would have been a 5star however this is not the Hotels fault, their is a Pub across from the front Entrance and constant noisy at midnight when it shuts. And then the binmen arrived at 1am to empty the glass bottles what even is that. Great location i would come back but only for a rear room, not at the front. Keep up the good work.

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly welcoming staff and good sized rooms. It's in a great location for Oxford St and Covent Garden and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Easy to walk to and from but can be difficult for taxis as it's in a one way system.
