Great location, friendly staff. Room quite warm but good enough. Unfortunately it was quite difficult to order English breakfast. Managed to get eggs once but first order was never brought and the other times coffee was quickly put on table and staff ran away before I could order food. When communicating they seemed rather confused and didn't speak English that well

This is my favorite hotel in London by far. It is clean, and the staff is quite friendly. There is a nice bar as well. The location is excellent, as it is a short work from a couple of London Underground stations and near Hyde Park and several restaurants. The overall value is exceptional when compared to other hotels in London. I hope to return to London later this year, and I will book with Phoenix again if a room is available.

It's difficult to find something decent in London and not have to break the bank. This place is great value for the price at a superb location (by Hyde Park). The staff were also super nice. The room is tiny but it has everything you need and it's clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Wifi is great too.

Great location for a hotel. Its nearby the Kensington Palace and Hyde Park and The underground is also nearby. The floor of the hotel is a little bit noisy. The rooms are clean and not too small. Also we forgot the cuddly toy of our child in our room at the day we went back to our country. They sent it to us by parcel afterwards! Great service.
