Lovely hotel. Service with a smile goes a long way and we certainly got that. Breakfast was nice bathroom was a little small and the room was really hot. Thankfully they did leave 2 tall fans for us. Definitely rate it for anyone and only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants nearby.

Lovely, very clean hotel, great menu selections, I would have no reservations about booking this hotel again. Also extremely useful if you are travelling to the Isle of Wight.

The Staff and facilities are excellent. Have been staying at this hotel for years and everything has just improved year on year. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. The food and service is brilliant. You could not be made more welcome. We look forward to our next visit.

We went for a two days to New Forest with our puppy. The hotel and staff were extremely welcome. The room was cosy, clean and big for 3 of us. We were amazed by the breakfast. Size and the quality were exactly what we needed. Small portions (we were full but not overfed) and high standard kitchen gave us healthy boost for a day. The best British breakfast we ever had.

We stayed here Easter weekend room was comfortable and clean.breakfast was lovely had to pre order. No evening meals served as they hadn't got enough staff, witch was a bit disappointing. Great location.

Not far from the high street, easy access to roads for travelling, exploring. Friendly staff. Rooms have not been serviced whilst we were there (2 nights), but we have been warened and advised to ask if anything is required. Breakfast was decent. Nice outside area, pub.
