Historical (built 1891) art deco styled hotel with a cool vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nightly bourbon tastings, live music on occasion. The attached Urban Farmer restaurant offers unbelievable steaks. Can't get a reservation? No problem. room service will bring it. Located in lower downtown near Union Station and one block off 16th mall st with free bus that takes you up and down the street for seval blocks of dining and shopping. Several locals who live in nearby mountains mention this as their choice hotel when staying downtown.

Beautiful building and location but that's about all you are paying for. Staff are unfriendly and uninterested in being helpful. Our room had black mold in the shower. When we had a family emergency in the middle of the night they couldn't be bothered to put calls through to the room, or check to see if anyone was in the room and instead reported to everyone that my husband was missing, adding greatly to the general anxiety and trauma of the night.

About his downtown in Denver so you can get. Great location as it's close to the train station and most of the hot restaurants and bars in the area. It's definitely has a historic old-timey feel and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful and historic hotel with great amenities! The nightly whisky tasting was superb and the Urban Farmer restaurant is excellent! The Oxford is within walking distance of many downtown restaurants and bars. The staff is excellent and very friendly! Overall a great place to stay!

Fantastic hotel, wonderful people and great service. I've stayed at the Oxford a number of times over the past year due to work being done on my condo. It ended up being my home away from home, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome during what was a fairly challenging time for me. Savannah and her team are so sweet, caring, knowledgable, and professional. The Oxford is my first and only choice when looking for a hotel in downtown Denver. Thank you, everyone!

Beautiful hotel! The room was very comfortable and we had easy walking access to all of the hot spots downtown. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that the staff asked us multiple times when coming to grab our keys if we were Door dash food delivery people. We are on vacation and dressed casually. Open ended questions such as: 'what can I help you with?' would have gone a long way versus assuming we were not guests.
