Great location, reasonably priced. walking distance to museums, Albert hall & Harrods. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

It's not 4 stars, if it is, we didn't see how. The receptionist at check in was unfriendly, didn't chat despite there being no one else there, no mention of breakfast. The room was ok. It cost 550 for 3 nights and had a comfortable bed and a fridge which was handy. The bath plug was and still is a complete mystery. There's a musty smell throughout the hotel too.

We stay at the Park hotel and tried their restaurant. The food is good but the service is very slow, even if there aren't many customers. I cut out one star because of that and because it's a little bit expensive.

The waiting times were very long. The appetizers were way too big so you were not so hungry for the main. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was well done and the quality was very bad and it was very chewy. Also it was Way to expensive one steak costs 21.95
