Great location, but the room is unhygienic. I'm all for basic and small rooms (you get what you pay for) but there's no excuse for not cleaning a room, the room was covered with hairs, the tv remote had thick dirt on it, and the chair had multiple stains on it. It's clear it hasn't even had a light wipe down between use. Plus, it stinks of smoke.

We booked last minute cause of a small trip to London only good thing is the location honestly everything was dirty the walls the chair the bed and someone left coffee stains and housekeeping didn't clean it. We were waiting to checked in to our room and when the receptionist asked one of the stuff if our room was ready she replied with I don't know what room I was cleaning. And we booked for my partners birthday wich made it worse when we saw all that in our room won't ever go back very bad hotel. I also have pictures of the dirty room but I can't post them.

2 nights for 140 so good value for location. The first room we were given was very tight for space and nothing like the online pictures. We asked to be moved and the staff obliged. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Very disappointed. I gave one star cause zero is not possible. The room was nothing as described in the website. Very small. They said city view and our cell window had a nice wall view. But the most important thing the room was very dirty with spiderwebs and discusting stains on the wall. The breakfast very poor and no quality at all. I am surprise that places like this are allowed to stay open.
