Very mediocre but gets the job done. The rooms are quite bare-bones, noticeably old, the carpet should probably be replaced. No heat or AC. No elevator. But the staff was very accommodating and did what they could (gave me a fan for the room, for example) and the location is 2 minutes from Paddington station, so it's well connected. I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent knowledgeable and polite staff. Excellent location with easy access to Heathrow and ease of access to most central London on foot. Recently renovated smartly decorated rooms available. The building by it self is a beautiful Victorian age block opposite a beautiful park. Excellent option for a London city trip, with reasonably priced rooms, especially for London

A cheap and basic hotel but good value if you're just looking for a room for the night. Staff friendly and location is right by Paddington station.

What they forgot to mention: -Windows cant be opened -shower drain is very very poor -tube sounds and vibrations all over -tv does not work -no service to clear room and provide clean towels -grumpy reception Walk away from this place if you can and find better quality for this price
