Fantastic location, right across from a beautiful and giant Waterstones and in a great neighborhood. The staff was so nice and the room was perfect. It was a small one bed room but perfect for me and had a cozy feel. Would absolutely go back next time I'm in London.

Rooms don't have private toilet but you can find one in every floor. Everything is clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is super! But the most important thing is the price and the position: you can reach the centre by feet in 20 minutes or by tube in 5 minutes. The best ever

Great familly hotel! Kindly and helpful staff. Real and tasteful english breakfast. Room are large even for a familly of 5 persons. Hotel was clean and freshly painted for this oldfashioned style. Quiet street and pretty garden view, birds will inform you.

Absolutely loved staying here! Everyone at the hotel was very polite and made you feel at home. This is a family run hotel and they treat you like family. Very clean and always helpful! Please stay here you will not be disappointed. We will be going back and staying here. Many many thanks to Mrs. Reece, Harry, Meg, Amelia, the kitchen staff for making us feel welcomed to your lovely establishment. Also thank you for mailing us our car keys!
