Extremely disappointed! I have been coming to this hotel for decades but this last time I have found it so terrible I'm changing hotels! The bedroom: windows are impossible to open, bathroom is tiny and with horrible shining lighting, room coffee tastes like airplane coffee, baby cot very very hard to sleep on with just a really old blanket to cover baby. Service: one day they literally did not service the bedroom and we had to ask for it in the afternoon. An Italian CHARMING girl (Denise) made all the difference, her colleague did not even bother to say hello and was literally horrible, the rest were not up to the hotel standards. Very disappointing. Food: delicious and lovely as always.

Hotel very pleasant whilst rooms were small, very comfortable. Beautiful central location and staff all very accommodating my reasoning for deducting stars the breakfast we prepaid 20 and on arrival we were pointed to room adjoining and after finishing our breakfast were told it was not part of the hotel, that this had previous times before and was handed a bill for a further 40 which was very disappointing unclear communication, little signage left for a very expensive morning

Our room, the club room, looked nothing like advertised on the hotel page. Te room was stuffy and the dirty windows were facing a wall and could be only opend 10 cm. The room was dark, cupboard really small with no drawers, the cuchions on the begd rockhard. The minibar was refilled only by request. The beakfast was very limited, some items not available on Sunday and Monday. The yoghurt was over the expiry date. You pay only for the location on the Sloane Square. There are definately better options to pay over 300 Euros for a night.

Bathroom very small and in need of some TLC. Coffee machine very good but hopeless for tea as it tasted of coffee! No kettle provided. Two young Italian ladies in reception were great fun and helpful. Hotel is lucky to have them!

Perfect location. Few steps away from Sloane Square station. Many shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Excellent position for visiting every where in London, especially good for walking around Chelsea. Nice room but very late room service and bathroom a little smelly ( shower outlet dry and dirty).

The room itself is ok. Nothing special. The bed was actually extremely comfortable and I had a great sleep. Toilet is tiny and cramped and the shower was absolute tiny. I could barely fit in it. Overall its an ok place to stay for a few days in Chelsea but you definitely are paying for the location and not much else. Hotel also has 2 parking slots and they are 50 a night. Make sure you check with them if the spot is available in advance as they are usually taken.
