Honest Review: This was an amazing hotel to stay at I would say! The rooms looked very nice and clean, the workers were very sweet and helpful, it's next to a great park to relax at, and it's next to some great restaurants! They also have a gym room which consists of just treadmills if you'd like a little cardio workout. Overall definelty a good hotel to be at for those who are more modest and humble I'd say.

What a lacklustre experience! The room was tiny with barely enough room to move around the bed, the sink was blocked, the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower bracket was broken and fell apart and worst of all the space was dirty and we found a previous guest long blonde hair through out the room as well as grit in the bed. The hotel staff didn't help either and seemed completely disinterested in their work and the guests. Go stay somewhere else. This property is not worth your time or money!

We were slightly apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews on here, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The booking in process was fast and efficient. Our room was on the 4th floor and was clean, modern and a lovely size - not at all small as some reviews have reported. Maybe we were lucky. (See photos). The self-service breakfast had good choices (although the cooked breakfast did not have much for vegetarians) Checkout was a bit slow as only one person at reception and as a guest had a query, the queue became quite long. The location is very good, with Hyde Park a short walk away, and plenty of eating places around. Will definitely come again when we next visit the Royal Albert Hall

Standard rooms are so small and our room was flithy. Night management not interested. Day manager moved us to Executive rooms which are beautiful, good size and really clean. Very apologetic so although I only gave one star for service that is for majority of reception staff not all staff. Good selection at breakfast
