Very central friendly family run hotel, with walking distance to all the sights and Lancaster Gate underground (3min). Little bit noisy during the day but quite calm after 10pm. Stayed in a really basic and small room on 2.floor, with a window that opened to a nice breeze and nice view to Sussex PI. The shower was bit too hot, with no possibility to adjust. Although the room was nice, the cleanliness could be improved. Authentic English breakfast, with homemade coffee and delicious pure Irish butter. Would recommend for a quick visit to London!

Loved my stay here. Was my 3rd time here, extremely friendly family run hotel. Feels like home from home. Excellent location, walking distance to all the sights. Clean rooms, everything in working order. Breakfast was great, can't fault it.
