A few small issues at check-in eventually sorted no harm done. Reception staff, cleaners, breakfast staff all lovely and helpful. Great location. Rooms small but adequate for short stays. Very good breakfast. I would use it again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff ate extremely pleasant and helpful. Room spotless clean. Nice cold fresh water available, luggage room & vending machines. Great shower and hairdryer and TV I'm room. Been to Amsterdam 5 times and this has been my favourite hotel. Will definitely return :

The location is good but the rooms is really small and is expensive compare with other options. The bathroom is mini. The elevator didn't work sometimes and you need to use the upstairs.
