Our exclusive wedding venue offers multiple ceremony options including riverside gardens, Georgian house rooms, and a heated marquee. With capacity for 10-200 guests, we provide bespoke planning support, seasonal menus, and full venue access. The historic setting combines with modern amenities to create memorable celebrations.
Ensuite Accommodation
Twelve individually decorated ensuite rooms feature original Georgian elements with modern comforts. Rooms include executive options, four-poster beds, and amenities like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and specialty tea selections. All bookings include full English breakfast in our garden restaurant.
Garden Restaurant
The award-winning restaurant serves modern British cuisine using local ingredients. Open for dinner six nights weekly and Sunday lunch, it features seasonal menus including Sunday roasts and Christmas specials. The venue combines fireplace warmth in winter with al fresco options during summer months.
Marquee Hire
Our permanent marquee accommodates 120 seated guests or 200 for evening events. Features include bi-fold doors to gardens, air conditioning, heating, and full bar facilities. Available for weddings, corporate events, and private parties with optional staffing and equipment hire.

We had our daughter's wedding here a couple of weeks ago. It was the perfect wedding staff, food, setting and rooms were excellent I couldn't of asked for a better day. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely too and a great end to a special time. Would totally recommend the mill house and would Used again for other celebrations. Thank you for a wonderful day

Beautiful wedding venue! We can not thank The Mill house team enough for giving us and our guests the most perfect and memorable wedding day! From start to finish the whole team have been so supportive and ensured the day ran smoothly. The house and grounds are so beautiful, we fell in love with it from the moment we first visited. All the staff are so kind and accommodating. They were on hand to organise and support us on the run up to our day and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the hotel accommodation was perfect for our guests too. We would highly recommend The Mill House and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Had an absolutely outstanding experience here for Mother's Day for my wife with our 2 year old son. Waiter was accommodating to the needs of a toddler, swapping out the main for a jam sandwich. Very attentive staff and phenomenal food. Will absolutely be returning - I hope they offer a similar service for Father's day, perhaps with steak instead of a Sunday lunch.

I'm a regular visitor to The Mill House for weddings. The bridal suite is great, very spacious with lots of light. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome, the venue is gorgeous and the staff have always been very accommodating - I always look forward to my visit!
