A Harrogate gem! Our first ever stay at Baytree House to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You never quite know what you're booking from online images and reviews. After all, our accommodation requirements are personal to each individual or couple. The room we had was large, the super king size-bed was definitely cosy, the power shower delivered as one would expect, the road quiet and everything to visit in Harrogate is an easy walk, including theatres, conference halls, Spa Museum, RHS Gardens and the world-famous Betty's Tea Rooms.

If like us, you prefer to stay in a family owned accommodation, for that personal touch, then this is it. From the warming smiley welcome as the door opens, to the tasty, freshly cooked breakfast you'll feel at home. These B&B owners are super relaxed, attentive when required, full of good will with an honest delivery. We shall return and I look forward to posting an update of our second visit.

Fantastic b and b. The hosts were superb, the room was large, airy and very clean. Breakfast was superb, pre ordered via a check sheet and served piping hot. 10 min walk to Harrogate Town centre. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amanda and Stuart run a great B&B. The breakfast was well cooked, delicious and plentiful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. And location for access to the centre of Harrogate is ideal. Just a 10 minutes walk away. Lastly, free parking is available. Highly recommended and we hope to return back in the future.
