Staff were rude. No food. No appliances. No heating, curtains falling down, rooms smelled awful and the beds looked disgusting. Definitely don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely lodge, perfect place to stay if you're visiting Oxton or Birkenhead, has a small function room for guests and special occasions, lovely staff and atmosphere, definitely worth checking out

Excellent afternoon tea in a great atmosphere where we were made to feel like the most important guests and nothing was too much trouble. A highly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

We had a friendly welcome, it was homely Lodge very comfortable stay it was nice and quiet and had a great sleep enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Would recommend Thanks again all involved from the Taylor trio
