Excellent David and Chloe couldn't do enough to make your stay great. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, lovely breakfast would recommend.

Really good value (last minute booking). The rooms were big and clean and the hotel is in a fab position. Breakfast is also great with plenty of variety and quality ingredients. Will definitely return.

Could be much better if more attention was given to cleanliness and maintenance of fixtures and fittings. It looks nice but upon closer inspection the high level of dirt and dust are all to obvious and furniture is not repaired or replaced when broken.

Windermere park is a beautiful building in an ideal position. The young couple who look after the place are lovely. Unfortunately they seem to get no help from the owners. It seems that Windermere Park is 1 of 5 hotels in a consortium. They are left to do breakfast and clean 17 rooms. That is just too much for one couple, especially when they're on minimum wage. They need help and it shows. For 150 per night I would expect the place to be immaculate and it just isn't - it seems to me that they are rushing round to get things done on time and never get chance to do a proper deep clean - half an inch of dust on thee skirting behind the bed and mould growing in the shower cubicle is totally unacceptable.

Come on management, its your business. Take interest in the quality of your product rather than just creaming off the profit. Look after your hard working staff and get them some help so that they can raise their standards.

Great location. Parking on site. Nice friendly welcoming staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast wide choice and excellent quality.
