Perfect location for access to Kendal. Sat outside with great view of the river. Most expensive round of drinks in town having been here a week. Food prices very reasonable. Did not stay at hotel so cannot comment on rooms.

Not a bad hotel but looking a bit tired. Great view from rooms looking out on to the river. Staff seem helpful and the breakfast is decent.

Absolutely brilliant, only stayed for one night this time. Nothing is too much trouble, friendly staff and great facilities. A very good menu, just a shame we were not here longer to sample more. would recommend for sure.
