Stopped in for afternoon tea while on an island tour in September 2021 and had what I would consider the single most delicious coffee cake I've ever consumed. 10/10 adorable location, quick service, and amazing cake + coffee. My only thing is perhaps one savory offering for afternoon tea would have been nice - but that's 100% an Americanism that I can let go of.

This seven day visit was just supurb. The hotel might be called boutique, but the service and restaurant was top of the line in any measure you care to use. The owner and staff work hard to make you feel like they are only there to ensure that your stay winds up in your top 10, no matter who else is on the list. The meals were absolutely fabulous. The meats were savory and with flavor layering so deep you tongue will question its taste buds' loyalty to your logic.
The deserts always brought the meal to a 'perfect landing' every time. My only complaint? The menu wasn't 'deep enough' for a week-long stay, but that did give me the chance to retry my favorites without worrying I'd miss one.
