Hotel was average breakfast was good.close to station which was great but had renovation work being done while we were there.some staff were friendly but rest were miserable.overall a good stay at Paddington but could of been more enjoyable.

Great location and good enough breakfast. The rooms in the 4th floor barely get WiFi, and even in the 3rd floor the connection is poor. The rooms are suitable to drop a bag and sleep, not for a longer than a night stay as there is barely any other furniture to make them comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at the Dolphin Hotel. Great location, a few minutes from the subway - easy to get in and out of the city. Quiet location with a view of a small beautiful square. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Helpful, friendly and always available. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We'll gladly come back next time we're in London. I highly recommend this hotel! Liti, Vasiliki

Very small single room. Only one towel. Tiny shower room. The water pressure was useless and because the shower curtain was too short the water went all over the floor. Thank goodness I could use my face cloth to mop the floor. Then threw it away. Then next day I used the shared loo and shower which just filled up with shower water. In summary, after getting my 20kg up two flights of stairs I was disappointed to be getting this standard, after paying more than GBP 80 a night.

I travel alot and honestly this is a great hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast. Middle of London. Park views. Seriously how could you go wrong? Fantastic

Lovely friendly hotel staff are happy, breakfast has a good choice to start the day, rooms very cosy with fab shower, warm & very welcoming after busy days sight seeing/shopping. Norfolk Place is in a Fab location just 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station/Underground, also 5 mins from the buzzing Edgeware Road. Defo recommend this Hotel and we'll defo be staying here again next year. Thank You
