Warm welcome from Glenn, clean cosy room, excellent shower, good choice of breakfast options, poached eggs were fantastic. Glenn even offered to iron my shirt when I requested an iron and ironing board. Very central location, enjoyed my stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Herriots, centrally located in the quaint little town of Hawes. Comfortable bed, spacious and powerful shower (much needed after a week in a campervan) and beautiful view from the top floor over the surrounding hills. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts really friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend and we will return for sure.

We are currently doing a long walk and our stay at Herriot's was lovely. The owners are really friendly and accommodating. We also had the best English breakfast that definitely set us up for our walk. Thank you so much.
