Would not recommend for tourist and people above 45 yrs. Maybe cozy for teens. Rooms not worth the rent. No lift. Leave lift, steep narrow steps for only one at a time person can climb. Though, big board outside and online says Free breakfast.alas you won't find the BF. but still adhering to Covid norms. The hotel. Did I say hotel.umm doesn't seem though. You have to every time open the cistern while using the flush. no exhaust. Only thing I liked about the place was their house keeping. Very good.

Small hotel ideal for the budget traveller. Rooms a tad bit outdated but very clean. Location is superb. Friendly staff. Sadly no longer serving breakfast due to COVID. All in all, was definitely worth it - will come again :

I recently stayed here for 4 nights and I was very impressed. I was worried about the noise and the screens bathroom but neither were an issue. You can see Kings Cross from the door but it was still very quiet. Very clean. Cleaners came in and checked my room replaced towels tea coffee and removed rubbish every day.

Lovely hotel! Very clean and a great value. Perfect for a solo traveler. Management was excellent and would greet me by name in the hallway. Only issue I had was occasionally spotty WiFi and no lift.

Amazingly close to kings cross and yet really quiet at night. Set on a nice square. Room was small but comfortable, very good value.
